Kodogawa is a humble cab driver. He has no relatives, doesn't get involved with other people, and is a slightly eccentric and quiet eccentric. His hobbies are rakugo, which he listens to before going to bed, and the radio, which he listens to while working. He carries all sorts of peculiar customers.
