Yamada Hiroyuki is 26 years old, with a stable job and an otaku hoby. He felt overwhelmed by his family's criticism about his marriage prospects and his childish hobbies. So he decides to move out and live in an apartment on his own, but the happy bachelor life he had in mind when he moved into his new apartment was destroyed when he learned that his neighbor is a yankee schoolgirl.
